Asset Taxonomies Taxonomies are the list of assets that the surveyor will see on their device when conducting their survey. Taxonomies are flexible in Asseticom. You are able to add, edit and delete your own taxonomies. Multi-surveyor Surveys
Multi-surveyor Surveys Surveys can be assigned to one or more surveys to enable collaborative working. All surveyors contribute to the same survey document, and have visibility of their colleague's progress. The main surveyor is responsible for the entire survey, and will need to submit the final completed survey once the additional surveyors have completed theirs. Reissuing surveys When surveys are set up they are either assigned to a specific surveyor, or unassigned. Only one surveyor can be assigned to a survey. QA (Quality Assurance) Asset Data Imports Following the completion of surveys, QA checks can be undertaken and changes made in bulk to asset data. These changes can be imported to update source data.
