Project Portal - 18 - Set up New User. Explain roles and access rights
Add new User
The Portal Administrator has the role to set up new Users.
- Navigate to the Users +Add section in the toolbar section, on the lefthand side of the Project Portal
- Add the new user's Email, First name and Last Name.

- Click Add User
The new user is sent an introductory automated email containing a temporary password and links to access the mobile and desktop app. Further guidance on logging into the mobile app can be found here, and desktop app here.

Viewer

Surveyor

Surveyors are responsible for capturing asset data on-site using the mobile app.

❌ Cannot edit completed surveys
❌ No access to dashboard or user management

Quality Assurance (QA)

QA users review survey data for accuracy and consistency before final submission.
