Using Survey Tags
'Tags' can be applied to surveys within the View Surveys screen, they can be used for survey management processes to help identify the stage a survey is at. There are some predefined tags which can be used, or new tags can be created to suit your own processes. Tags can be added, changed or deleted at any stage.
Adding a tag
To add a tag to a survey, simply
- Go to the View Surveys screen
- Click 'add tags' in the Tags column
- Select one of the existing tags, and press Save
Creating a new tag
- Click 'add tag' in the View Surveys screen
- Type the name of your new tag into the 'Add a new tag' box
- Click 'Add Tag'
- Select the tag by clicking on it
- Press Save
Changing a tag
- To change a tag from one to another, click the tag that has been assigned to a survey
- Unselect the tag you no longer require
- Select the tag you want to apply
- Press Save
