Using Survey Tags


'Tags' can be applied to surveys within the View Surveys screen, they can be used for survey management processes to help identify the stage a survey is at. There are some predefined tags which can be used, or new tags can be created to suit your own processes. Tags can be added, changed or deleted at any stage.


Adding a tag

To add a tag to a survey, simply

  1. Go to the View Surveys screen
  2. Click 'add tags' in the Tags column
  3. Select one of the existing tags, and press Save


Creating a new tag

  1. Click 'add tag' in the View Surveys screen
  2. Type the name of your new tag into the 'Add a new tag' box
  3. Click 'Add Tag'
  4. Select the tag by clicking on it
  5. Press Save


Changing a tag

  1. To change a tag from one to another, click the tag that has been assigned to a survey
  2. Unselect the tag you no longer require
  3. Select the tag you want to apply
  4. Press Save


Information: To export the survey list and their associated tags into Excel, click the 'Export Survey List' button in the View Surveys screen.


Tip: Tags can be useful for managing the processes after a survey is complete, for instance to notify other team members that a survey is undergoing quality assurance, or that it has been issued to a client. Bespoke tags can also be created to suit other processes, such as assigning a person or team who is responsible for one or more surveys.
