Edit Spaces

The spaces (floors and rooms) within a survey can be edited during or after the survey.

Edit Floors

1. Click on the survey in the View Survey screen
2. Navigate to the relevant floor using the drop-down menu at the top
3. Click the Edit Floor button
4. Make changes to the floor name and click Save Floor
5. A message will appear notifying you that the change was successful

Edit Rooms

1. Click on the survey in the View Survey screen
2. Navigate to the relevant floor using the drop-down menu at the top, then the relevant room by clicking on the room name.
3. Click the Edit Room button
4. Make changes to the room name, areas, floor, or add notes, then click Save Room
