Roles and Permissions

Roles are assigned to users in the Organisational Portal by an Admin, each role has different levels of access. Admin roles are able to manage users and roles, Members are assigned to projects and are able to view and interact with the Project Portals and Mobile App according to their permissions.

Admin Roles: There are two admin roles, they are Super Admin and Admin.
Member Roles: There are several member roles for project delivery teams, they are Lead Surveyor, Surveyor, Quality Assurance, Viewer, Dashboard Viewer. Further guidance on these roles can be found here.

Super Admin

The Super Admin role has the most privileges, they can add and remove users, purchase user licenses, and request new project portals.
This role is ideal for a senior manager who has the authority to oversee projects, users and costs.

Admin

The Admin role can manage users within projects by adding and removing users from relevant project portals.
This role is ideal for a senior manager who has the authority to oversee projects, users and costs.

Note: A Super Admin or Admin role can operate the management of the users without having a user license themselves. They can also be assigned to a Project Portal and given a suitable Member Role to undertake surveying or survey management activities (a user license must be purchased).
