Mandating asset and room images

Surveys can be configured to ensure surveyors must record images of assets and/or rooms. This can be useful to produce a consistent schedule of images for all assets and spaces that are surveyed.

1. Go to 'Add new survey' in the project portal. Enter the relevant information in stage one of the survey set-up.
2. There are four options with toggles, they are:
3. 1. Require images for new assets (Surveyor must capture at least one image for a newly captured asset).
   2. Require images for existing assets (Surveyor must capture at least one image for an existing asset).
   3. Require images for new rooms (Surveyor must capture at least one image for a newly created room).
   4. Require images for existing rooms (Surveyor must capture at least one image for an existing room).
3. Click to enable each option as required, then continue to set up the survey.

• Note: New assets and rooms are those which are created during the survey, by the surveyor. Existing assets and rooms are those which are imported into the survey during the set-up process, and will appear in the mobile app for the the surveyor the review.
• Surveyors will not be able to save assets or rooms without capturing at least one image if these options are enabled.
