# Project Portal - Room Images and 360 photos


# Room Images and 360 Photos

Two types of room image can be captured and imported into a survey, standard flat jpeg images, or 360 degree jpeg images. To add or edit a room image:

1. Click on the survey in the **View Survey** screen
2. Navigate to the relevant floor using the drop-down menu at the top, then the relevant room by clicking on the room name.
3. If room images, or 360 images have been captured a button will be visible to view the images. If the **360 Room Images** or **Room Images** buttons are not present, then images can be added.
4. To add or edit room images click **Edit Room**
5. Click the **Add**  button to add either a 360 or standard image (5 standard room images can be added, and 1 360 image)
6. Browse for the relevant image file (jpeg format) to insert the image
7. Click **Save Room**
8. A message will appear notifying you that the change was successful.
