# Project Portal - Edit Spaces


# Edit Spaces
The spaces (floors and rooms) within a survey can be edited during or after the survey.

### Edit Floors

1. Click on the survey in the **View Survey** screen
2. Navigate to the relevant floor using the drop-down menu at the top
3. Click the **Edit Floor** button
4. Make changes to the floor name and click **Save Floor**
5. A message will appear notifying you that the change was successful

### Edit Rooms
1. Click on the survey in the **View Survey** screen
2. Navigate to the relevant floor using the drop-down menu at the top, then the relevant room by clicking on the room name.
3. Click the **Edit Room**  button
4. Make changes to the room name, areas, floor, or add notes, then click **Save Room**
