# How do I manage User roles and Licences.

User roles and Licences are managed in the Organisational Portal. 
Any requests that ask for role changes, users removal, purchasing licences, or adding a user to a project portal, must be undertaken by the clients Admin or Super Admin.


An Admin or Super Admin can manage users in the Organisation Portal and have the following options.


* 'Unassign users from Project(s)'.

*  'Cancel licence'. 
|| Note: licence fees are paused from the first day of the following month. Users remain in the Organisation and can be reinstated by purchasing a new licence at any time.
* 'Remove users from an Organisation'.

|| NOTE: If the user does not know who their Organisations Admin or Super Admin is, they must talk to the Asseticom staff who will be able to inform them.
