App Updates

The mobile app is updated regularly with new features and improvements, so it is always best to be on the latest version of the app. Apps can be updated manually or configured to update automatically within your devices settings.

To check the app version you are on, go to Settings, the version is displayed at the bottom of the screen.

Manual App Updates

Go to the App Store on your device, search 'Asseticom'
Tap on the Asseticom app icon
Tap 'Update' (if no updates are available it will only display 'Open')

Note: it is always a good idea to sync your surveys before updating the app.

Warning: be careful not to 'uninstall' the app. Any unsynced data will be lost if the app is uninstalled.

Set Automatic App Updates

iOS devices:

Go to 'Settings' on your device
Scroll down and select 'App Store'
Switch 'App Updates' on, this will automatically install new app updates

Android:

Go to the Play Store on your device
Tap on Google Account (avatar in the top corner)
Tap on Settings
Tap on Network preferences
Tap on Auto-update apps
Select one of the Update options (wifi, network, etc), and tap on OK
