Mobile App - 14 - Image Review, Accessing Support & Accessibility
Image review
To review all the images that have been captured for a survey, a gallery view is available. This can be helpful if security requirements demand that all images are checked at the end of a survey.
- To access the image review, tap the settings icon (three lines) at the top right of the screen.
- Select Settings, then switch on Quality Assurance > Enable Image Review.
- Tap the settings icon again to return to first settings screen. Tap the ‘Photo Review’ button (now visible).
- All the room and asset images will appear in a scrollable gallery view.
- Tap an image to open in full screen view. Details of the asset type and location will be displayed as well as a delete icon. Swipe left/right to move between images.
- Tap the delete icon to remove the image.

- To access support from the app, tap the settings icon (three lines) at the top right of the screen.
- Tap ‘Email Us’ to contact support via email.
- Tap ‘Live Chat’ to contact support and chat in real-time. You can also upload images, screen recordings and voice notes.
Accessibility
Asseticom’s platforms are designed to high accessibility standards, to provide fully inclusive operability for a range of users and abilities.
- To access high contrast mode, tap the settings icon (three lines) at the top right of the screen.
- Select Settings, then switch on Accessibility > High Contrast Mode.
