Working offline
Asseticom is designed for online and off-line working. When off-line the data is stored on the mobile device, and synced with the cloud as soon as an internet connection is restored.
- You will need to be connected to the internet to receive new surveys, to sync data with the cloud, and to contact live support.
- Connecting to the internet as regularly as possible is advised to reduce the amount of data stored on your device.
- Intermittent and poor internet connections can lead to lags in the uploading of data, in these situations it can be preferable to switch off ‘Automatic Image Uploads’ in the settings menu, and switch it back on when there is a good connection.
