Mark a room as ‘No Access’

Rooms can be marked as ‘No Access’ to indicate that it was not possible to gain entry. This provides a clear distinction between rooms with no assets, and rooms not accessed.

1. In the main survey screen, hold down on the relevant room with your finger.

2. A tick will appear to the left of the selected room, and icons will be visible at the top of the screen.

3. Tap the middle icon (a circle with a line through)

4. The room status will show as ‘No Access’ and the status icon and room pins will be red.

5. To undo the ‘No Access’ status and return it to normal, simply repeat the process (select the room, tap the No Access icon).
