Adding a Room

1. To add a room to a survey, tap the ‘Add Room’ button on the main survey screen.

2. Add a room image (optional) by tapping the camera icon at the top right. Up to 5 images can be taken per room.

3. Type in the room name.

4. Type in the floor name, if the floor already exists it will appear for selection. If the floor doesn’t already exist in the survey, a new floor will be added.

5. Add the floor area of the room (optional). The wall area will be automatically calculated, but can be edited by typing into the field.

6. Add notes if required.

7. Tap Save Room.

8. If a floorplan is loaded, the option will appear to add a floorplan marker. If Yes is selected, the floorplan will appear, hold down your finger on the relevant location to add the marker to the floorplan. Holding down in another place will update the floorplan marker location. Tap ‘Room Edit’ at the top right once the marker has been placed, and tap Save Room.

Edit a room

Rooms can be edited to update the name, floor, images and associated information.

1. Navigate to the relevant room (either from the list on the main survey screen, or via the floorplan).

2. Tap the Edit icon next to the room name.

3. The room details will be displayed, allowing updates to be made.

4. Tap the image (or camera icon) to add, edit, delete room images.

5. Tap Save Room.
