Delete an asset

Assets can be deleted individually or in bulk. Rooms can also be deleted, which will deleted the assets contained within that room.

1. Within a room, hold down on an asset. A tick will appear to the left, and icons will be visible at the top of the screen.
2. More than one asset can be selected in this way.
3. Tap the delete icon at the top of the screen to delete the selected assets.

Duplicate (Copy) assets

Duplicating assets that recur in multiple rooms allows for more efficient surveying.

1. Within a room, hold down on an asset. A tick will appear to the left, and icons will be visible at the top of the screen.
2. More than one asset can be selected in this way.
3. Tap the move/duplicate icon at the top of the screen (two overlapping squares).
4. Duplicate is the default option, so you do not need to tap the duplicate button (move is the other option).
5. The two toggle switches confirm what is duplicated along with the asset.
6. Select the destination floor, and room. You will be asked if you want to go to that room after confirming, or remain in the current room.
7. Tap Duplicate Asset at the bottom of the screen.
8. The assets will be duplicated, but good practice is to review them and update the details to reflect the actual asset rather than the original asset. Tap Save Asset once the asset information has been validated.

Move assets

1. Within a room, hold down on an asset. A tick will appear to the left, and icons will be visible at the top of the screen.
2. More than one asset can be selected in this way.
3. Tap the move/duplicate icon at the top of the screen (two overlapping squares).
4. Tap the Move button
5. Duplicate is the default option, so you need to tap the move button (duplicate is the other option).
6. Select the destination floor, and room. You will be asked if you want to go to that room after confirming, or remain in the current room.
7. Tap Move Asset at the bottom of the screen.
