Floor plan mode

Floorplan Mode can be used to help navigate the building and remind you which rooms have been completed. This is particularly helpful in large and complex cellular buildings.

1. Select the floor you wish to survey (using the dropdown menu on the main survey screen.

2. Tap the Floorplan Mode button.

3. You will see the floorplan for the relevant floor, with ‘pins’ assigned to each space.

4. Tap the relevant pin, details of the room will appear at the bottom of the screen, tap to go to the room.

5. Pins will be colour coded to indicate the status of the room (not started, in progress, complete, no access).

6. Assets can now be added to the room.

7. To navigate back to the floorplan, simply tap ‘Floorplan’ at the top right of the screen.
